    Every year I enter The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA). As part of the judging process, they ask for feedback from the couples I have worked with. When the 2020 judging opens, around the beginning of May, I'll send you a link. Keep an eye out for it.

If at the end of the event (or within the next few days), you feel that I didn’t deliver the level of service you expected just let me know why, and how I could’ve improved, and I’ll refund you as much money as you think is appropriate.
